An eSIM is a digital SIM card that enables you to use alternative networks when abroad. Simply download the free aloSIM app and choose the country you will be visiting, select 3gb data plan and input your voucher code.

How does aloSIM work?

Whether you’re going on holiday, travelling for business, or studying overseas, aloSIM has a range of features designed with you in mind:

  1. Termination: The MySIM complimentary service may be terminated at any time without prior notice.
  2. Non-Redeemable and Non-Transferable: The eSIM is non-redeemable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
  3. Activation: Each person insured under an eligible SALT policy will receive a unique code to activate their eSIM.
  4. Device Management: SALT shall not be held liable for any incompatibility issues between your mobile device and the eSIM.
  5. Roaming Fees: Any roaming fees incurred during the installation or troubleshooting of the eSIM are not covered by SALT.
  6. Service Limitations: The eSIM provides data services only and does not support voice calls.
  7. Service Availability: The eSIM service may not be available at all destinations or may not cover all areas. For further details, please consult with aloSIM.
